Shipping and delivery
We prepare all orders within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping is then carried out via Correos, DHL, or GLS, depending on the destination. We offer two options: standard rate and express rate. Shipping to Spain and Europe is free on purchases over €120.
Spanish Peninsula. With the standard rate (€4.95), your order arrives in 2-3 business days after preparation. If you prefer to receive it sooner, the express rate costs €6.95 and takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €120.
Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The standard rate is €6.95, with delivery in 2-5 business days. The express rate costs €9.95 and takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €120.
Europe. The standard rate is €18.90, with delivery in 2-5 business days. The express rate costs €45.00 and takes 1-2 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €120.
International. We ship worldwide. The standard rate is €25.00 and the delivery time is 7-15 business days. The express rate costs €58.00 and takes 3-5 business days. Free shipping is not available for international orders.

RETURNS
At PLIEGO DE LA ROSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date to make a return.
It is essential to keep the proof of purchase, the product with its original tag attached, and ensure the packaging is in its original condition.
steps to follow for returns
For all orders, the following procedure must be followed. Shipping costs and customs duties (international) are the responsibility of the customer.
- STEP 1: Send an email to info@pliegodelarosa.com requesting the return label, including your order number, name, and a description of the products to be returned.
- STEP 2: You will receive the return label at your email address.
- STEP 3: Send the products back.
- STEP 4: PLIEGO DE LA ROSA will refund the net amount of the product after deducting the return costs (shipping and customs, in the case of an international return).
Return Conditions
- Product condition: All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with the original tag intact, and unaltered. Please ensure you include all boxes and protective bags (dust bags) in the shipment.
- Return origin: We only accept returns from the same country to which the original order was shipped.
- Personalized items: Personalized items are non-returnable.
- Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
