We ship all our domestic orders with GLS and the rest of the world with SEUR , courier companies that guarantee fast, secure, and timely deliveries worldwide.
Your package is always protected: it travels insured , carefully packaged, and with a tracking number so you can locate it at all times.
The indicated delivery times are indicative and may vary for logistical or external reasons. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties on domestic shipments to the islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as shipments outside of Europe.

RETURNS
At PLIEGO DE LA ROSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your product, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to do so.
The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with the original packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our team via the contact form or at info@pliegodelarosa.com , and we will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
- The return shipping costs are the same as the original shipping cost.
- Peninsular Spain & Portugal , the cost is €7.94 .
- For other destinations, the same rates established for outgoing shipments will apply depending on the area.
