At PLIEGO DE LA ROSA , each piece is prepared with the same technical rigor with which it is manufactured. We ship from our studio in Spain to any destination worldwide.

Spain & Portugal (Peninsula)

  • Free Shipping.
  • Delivery time: 2-3 business days.

Spain (Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

  • Flat Rate: €16.94. Local taxes and customs duties are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery time: 2 to 5 business days.


Europe and International Destinations

  • Western Europe (France, Germany, Austria, etc.): Express shipping for €16.94.
  • Rest of Europe: €42.35.
  • International (USA, Latin America, Australia, etc.) : €84.90.

Taxes and Tariffs (International)

For orders outside the European Union, please note that:

Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These legal responsibilities are the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon arrival of the package according to the local regulations of their country.

RETURNS

At PLIEGO DE LA ROSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date to return it.

It is essential to keep the proof of purchase, the product with its original label attached, and that the packaging is in its original condition.

Steps to follow in the return

For all orders, the following procedure must be followed. Shipping costs and customs duties (international) are the responsibility of the customer .

  • STEP 1: Send an email to info@pliegodelarosa.com requesting the return label, including the order number, name and description of the products to be returned.
  • STEP 2: You will receive the return label at your email address.
  • STEP 3: Send the products back.
  • STEP 4: PLIEGO DE LA ROSA will refund the net amount of the product after deducting the return costs (shipping and customs, in the case of an international return).

Return Conditions

  • Product condition: All items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with the original tag intact and unaltered. Make sure to include all boxes and protective bags ( dust bags ) in the shipment.
  • Origin of the return: We only accept returns from the same country to which the original order was shipped.
  • Personalized items: Personalized items are not eligible for return.
  • Refund: The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
