ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You can place your order directly through our online store. Simply select the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process by following the steps provided. If you need assistance at any time, we'll be happy to help.
We accept credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure options through our payment gateway such as PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
Once your order is confirmed, you have a limited time to request modifications or cancellations. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to help you, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Yes, we currently work with PayPal, which offers payment in 3 interest-free installments. To use this option, simply make your purchase through the PayPal button, and before completing your payment, you'll be offered the 3-installment payment option.
Standard shipping within mainland Spain is free. For international or express shipping, costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the shipping option selected. All our shipments are tracked and insured.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. We work with GLS & SEUR, a company recognized for its efficiency, coverage and reliability.
We also have our partner LOGIPRO to provide logistical support.
Preparation time takes 1-2 business days, depending on the volume.
Except for external causes, shipments comply with the following shipping times.
- Peninsula & Portugal: 1-2 business days
- Canary Islands & Balearic Islands: 2-5 working days.
- Europe: 2-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 working days
- United States: 2-7 business days.
- Rest of the world: 3-15 business days.
All shipments are insured and tracked in real time.

Note: Delivery times are approximate. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or duties outside the EU and for domestic shipments to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment in real time via the link provided by GLS or SEUR.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Yes, we accept returns as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received: unused, with no signs of wear, with the tag attached, and properly packaged as shipped. Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.
The deadline to request a refund is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
To begin the process, please email us at info@pliegodelarosa.com and attach a photo of the product wrapped, exactly as you received it. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions for a proper return.
Yes. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned well protected and in optimal condition.
The return shipping costs are the same as the original shipping costs.
In mainland Spain , the cost is €8 .
For other destinations, the same rates established for outgoing shipments will apply according to the zone.

We do our best to accurately reflect the colors, but there may be slight variations due to lighting and individual screen settings.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Our bags are made of cowhide with a nappa finish, a noble and durable material that improves over time if properly cared for.
We recommend:
- Store it in its protective case when not in use.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, humidity or direct heat sources.
- Do not overload it and avoid contact with rough surfaces that could damage it.
- Take special care when rubbing against new clothing, as it is a living material and the dye can be transferred from the clothing to the skin.
For any stain, it's best to act quickly. Use a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe it away, without rubbing.
