ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

How can I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our online store. Simply select the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process by following the steps provided. If you need assistance at any time, we'll be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options through our payment gateway. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel an order after I've placed it?

Once your order is confirmed, you have a limited time to request modifications or cancellations. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We will do our best to help you, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.

Do you offer financing or installment payment options?

Yes, we currently work with PayPal, which offers 3-month interest-free installment payments. To do this, you must complete your purchase using the PayPal button, and before making your payment, they offer the 3-month installment payment option.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Standard shipping to mainland Spain is free. For international or express shipments, costs will be automatically calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and the option selected. All our shipments are certified and insured.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We work with GLS & SEUR , a company recognized for its efficiency, coverage, and reliability.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Preparation time takes 1-2 business days, depending on volume.

Except for reasons beyond our control, shipments comply with the following delivery times.

  • Peninsular Spain: 2-3 business days
  • Portugal: 2-3 business days
  • Europe Zone A and B: 2–3 business days
  • Europe Zone C: 3–5 working days

All shipments are insured and tracked in real time.


What are the shipping costs?
  • Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal is free.

Note: Delivery times are approximate. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties outside the EU and for domestic shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your shipment in real time through the link provided by GLS or SEUR.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange a product if I don't like it?

Yes, we accept returns as long as the product is in the same condition as it was received: unused, with no signs of wear, with the tag attached, and properly packaged as shipped. Returns of used or damaged products will not be accepted.

What is the deadline for making a return or exchange?

The deadline to request a return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

How should I send the product back?

To begin the process, write to us at info@pliegodelarosa.com and attach a photo of the wrapped product, exactly as you received it. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for the correct return.

Are the return costs on me?

Yes. Return costs are borne by the customer. The product must be shipped well protected and in optimal condition.

HOW MUCH ARE THE RETURN COSTS?

The return shipping costs are the same as the original shipping cost.

Peninsular Spain , the cost is €8 .

For other destinations, the same rates established for outgoing shipments will apply depending on the area.

How should I care for my leather bag to make it last longer?

Our bags are made of cowhide with a nappa finish, a noble and durable material that improves over time if properly cared for.
We recommend:

  • Store it in its protective case when not in use.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, humidity or direct heat sources.
  • Do not overload it and avoid contact with rough surfaces that could damage it.
  • Take special care when rubbing against new clothing, as it is a living material and the dye can be transferred from the clothing to the skin.
What do I do if my bag gets stained?

When dealing with any stain, it's best to act quickly. Use a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth to gently wipe it away, without rubbing.
